Probiotics and Prebiotics Nourishment

Nourishment is also known as nutrition and is derived from the Latin word “nutrire” meaning to nourish. The process by which absorption and digestion of food and utilization of those food by the human body for the growth and development of cells are termed as nutrition. Later after breast feeding the gastro intestinal tract of new born baby is composed of Bifidobacteria that can helps them for the growth and the development of cells.
